SPAL  (“s-pol”) General Constructors Company (SPAL) is a general construction and project management contractor based in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.  SPAL services are focused on project management for large public construction and development projects.  SPAL bases its services on partnerships with leaders in the construction industry, such as 3M Canada, ATCO Frontec, Matcon Excavating Ltd, Quantum Environmental Group, Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd., KANI Foundation Technologies, PHH Arc Environmental, TAK-aya Developments and Tsatsu Enterprises, to name a few.  By partnering for the management of construction and development projects, SPAL brings its unique human and capital resource capacity to all of its projects.

BACKGROUND

SPAL is a joint venture limited partnership of the Tsleil-Waututh and Tsawwassen First Nations.  The partnership was devised so that these communities, at the forefront of First Nation economic development, could take a leadership role in maximizing First Nation involvement in major public projects.
